PLEASE READ
- Do do limited space in our waiting area we ask that you do not come early to class, dancers will be allowed in the waiting room only 5 minutes before their class is scheduled.
- For dancers 5 and under only 1 parent per dancer and NO SIBLINGS are allowed in the waiting room. We would prefer you to wait in your car after your child goes into class, then when their class is over you may come back in the waiting room to pick them up.
- We do ask that if your child does not feel good in any way that you keep them home. If they come to dance class and starts to feel sick, I will text you to come and pick them up. And please, if they have been sick and run a fever, please be fever free for 24hrs before they come back to dance.
- For safety reasons, no children are allowed to play outside or in and around the parking lot: they must be in the vehicle with you. No children or parents can go over to the farm next door to visit the horses. They have an electric fence, and we would not want you to receive a shock.
- To reduce congestion in the waiting room, we ask that you pay your monthly fees online through your parent portal. Reminder that all dance fees must be paid in full by the second week of every month to avoid a late fee.
- Because the student is holding a very valuable spot in our class, there will be NO REFUNDS. If a student is injured, please contact Miss Lauri if you have a specific situation.
- For you connivence, please enroll in our auto deduct program and pay your monthly fees using a credit or debit(mastercard/visa) card. You can sign up through your parent portal.
- Please note: tuition is based on the 34 weeks of the dance season regardless of how many weeks are in a given month. Tuition is divided into 10 payments.
Additional Fees
- Tuition does not include dance wear, shoes, costumes, recital tickets, or special events
- There will be a $35 recital media fee this year and that will be charged on your May tuition.
- A costume deposit of $25 per costume is required by September 26th. You must pay the balance off by November 17th
- Bring your own water bottle and be sure your child’s name is on it.
- RECITAL: Recital will be Saturday May 17th, 2025 at 6:00pm @ Seeger Memorial Center
- Weather Cancellations will be announced by 3pm that day. Notifications of weather cancellations will be texted to you and posted on our Face book and Instagram pages. Make sure we have an updated mobile number.
- BAND APP is the way for us to communicate to you about everything. When you come to the studio for the first time please scan our code for the BAND app. You must first download the BAND app from the app studio and it is free.
- Watch what you say in the lobby area, a space intended for the comfort of our student’s parents and families. At no time should anyone utilize this area to commiserate with others about their dissatisfaction with the school, its faculty or other students and their families.
- Never speak negatively about teachers, students, or parents from other schools.
- All students must show respect for Miss Lauri and her staff at all times. Inappropriate behavior could result in dismissal from the school.
- All students are required to pay for all months that they attend dance regardless if they are in class or not. If you feel the need to stop taking dance for whatever reason and have already paid for that month no refunds will be given.
