REGISTRATION/TUITION
for the 2024-25
Our open house for our 2024/25 dance year will be on Monday August 5th from 5-7pm. This is a great time to come out and see our studio and meet our teachers. We highly encourage to order shoes on that day so you will have them in time for your first class. We always do a give away for a free costume if you pay your first months tuition on that day.
Because the student is holding a very valuable spot in our class, there will be NO REFUNDS. If a student is injured, please contact Miss Lauri if you have a specific situation.
We will start classes on Monday, August 19th, 2024and finish the dance year on Saturday, May 17th, 2025 at our dance recital which is held at Seeger High School Auditorium.

RECITAL
We plan a dance recital each year at the end of the last session, which is Saturday May 17th, 2025. We encourage all students to participate in the recital.
NEW THIS YEAR: Will be a mandatory media fee of $35 per student that dance in our recital this year!
With this fee you will receive a digital download of the recital instead of a dvd.
Since costumes become more expensive as the child matures, we have four different costume rates:
Pre-School Twinkle Star students pay $85 per costume
Beg/Inter Level students pay $85 per costume
(Junior/Teen/Senior) Level pay $95 per costume
Teams: (Mega, Super and Shining stars) level pay $95 per costume
For extra large costumes add $10 to the above fee.
Alterations (if needed) are extra (unless you do them yourself) and payment is not due until their completion.
If you need to exchange costume once they come in for a bigger size there will be an extra $20.00 charge for shipping.
If your child is going to participate in the recital we require a deposit of $25 per costume no later than September 25th. After that, you can make payments of any amount that you choose, but the total balance must be paid in full by November 20th. If not paid by November 20th we will refund any money you have paid and a costume will not be ordered for the student. This gives you 3 months to pay for costumes.
(All Team costumes must be paid in full by October 23rd).

TUITION
Tuition is based on the entire dance season. Because some months have two weeks while others have five, class prices are based on the full dance season, from August until our recital at the end of May..
- Full monthly tuition is due by first week of each month. If you don't pay in person the first week you must log into your parent portal and pay online by the 10th of every month to avoid a $20 late fee charged to your account.
- Tuition is paid by cash/check(in person only) or charged to your Visa and MasterCard (credit or debit). We highly encourage going to our Auto-Deduct from your Visa/MasterCard.
- If a check comes back for any reason a $25.00 NSF will be charged. If it happens again you will have to pay from cash or credit card from then on.
- Tuition does not include dancewear, shoes, costumes, recital tickets, or special events
- A costume deposit of $25 per costume is required by September 25th, you must pay the balance off by November 20th.
Our dance year consists of 34 weeks. Dance Fees are computed as an annual tuition and can be paid in 10 equal monthly installments. The monthly installment remains the same no matter how many weeks are in the month. The monthly installment is due on the 1st class lesson of each month.
(We do take 5 weeks off during the dance year for vacations but those weeks are not included in your 34 weeks of dance. In other words you do not pay for any of those weeks off of dance.)
NOTE: Your full tuition amount is due every month, regardless of how many times your child attends class. Holidays, student absences, and LSD closings do not affect the monthly tuition amounts listed here.
Dance fees are non-refundable for any reason, including early withdraws!
(In order for us to hold a class we must have at least 5 dancers in a class. If we don't have that many then we will have to alter the days and times of that class. The dance schedule days and times are subject to change depending on the size of the class.)
