ACROBATIC CLASSES: Acro is usually taught and performed without major equipment and dance elements are utilized within the acrobatic technique. 

ACRO TOTS: is a beginning tumble/creative movement class geared for the younger child ages 3-6yrs old.  They will learn basic tumbling moves with a combination of songs and dance.
No shoes bare feet only.  This class does not perform in our recital.
 BEG  ACRO:   A class geared for students that are able to do their front rolls and cartwheels.  They will learn round offs, back rolls, head & hand stands and backbends and learn to come up from their backbend.  
No shoes bare feet only.
INTER ACRO at this stage students must be able to have all of their basic Acro skills mastered and is working on advanced skills such as (backwalkovers/front limbers/ and is starting into backflips.
​No shoes bare feet only.  They do perform a dance in our recital.

TUMBLING  In tumbling, dance elements are not as frequently incorporated and often involve executing skills from a running preparation rather than a choreographed dance preparation.  All tumbling classes are not in the recital.
